We are looking for a **Junior** **System Administrator** to join a leading company in the **banking sector**. This is a great opportunity for an early-career developer who wants to build their expertise in Microsoft technologies while working on enterprise-scale applications.  
  
**Responsibilities:**  
  
\- Support the administration and maintenance of Windows Server environments.

\- Assist in the management of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.

\- Create and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory and Exchange.

\- Monitor and support backup operations using Veeam.

\- Assist in the administration of endpoint protection solutions, including Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP).

\- Troubleshoot Windows systems, Microsoft services, and basic network connectivity issues.

\- Provide first-level support for Cisco wireless infrastructure.

\- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of FortiGate firewall rules and policies.

\- Monitor system performance and help ensure the availability and security of the IT infrastructure.

\- Collaborate with senior system administrators and other IT teams to resolve incidents and implement infrastructure improvements.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (mandatory).
-   1–2 years of experience in Windows Systems Administration.
-   Basic knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
-   Experience managing users and permissions in Active Directory.
-   Familiarity with backup solutions such as Veeam.
-   Basic knowledge of endpoint protection solutions (e.g., Symantec Endpoint Protection or similar).
-   Basic understanding of Windows Server administration.
-   Familiarity with Cisco wireless environments and FortiGate firewalls is a plus.
-   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-   Eagerness to learn new technologies and grow within a systems administration role.
-   Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
