We are currently expanding our Data & Analytics practice and looking for **Salesforce** **MDM Engineer (Junior, Mid and Senior)** to join international enterprise projects across Europe.

This is an opportunity to work on modern Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, collaborating with global teams in large-scale transformation initiatives focused on data governance, data quality and enterprise data management.

**What you'll work on:**

-   Master Data Management (MDM) solution implementation and configuration
-   Data modelling, data governance and data quality initiatives
-   Customer, Product, Supplier and Reference Data management
-   Data matching, merging and survivorship rule configuration
-   Enterprise data integration using APIs, ETL and middleware solutions
-   Data migration, cleansing and enrichment projects
-   Data stewardship processes and governance frameworks
-   Collaboration with international business, data and engineering teams
-   Scalable and maintainable enterprise data management solutions

## Requirements

**Junior:**

-   1+ year of experience in Master Data Management, Data Management or a strong academic/project background
-   Understanding of MDM concepts, data governance and data quality principles
-   Basic knowledge of SQL, relational databases or ETL processes
-   Motivation to grow in enterprise data environments
-   Good communication skills in English

**Mid-Level:**

-   3+ years of experience working with MDM or enterprise data management solutions
-   Hands-on experience with at least one MDM platform (such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, Semarchy, Profisee, SAP MDG or similar)
-   Experience with data modelling, matching and survivorship rules
-   Knowledge of APIs, ETL tools and enterprise system integrations
-   Understanding of data governance and data quality best practices
-   Ability to work autonomously in remote and international environments

**Senior:**

-   5+ years of experience delivering MDM solutions in enterprise environments
-   Strong knowledge of Master Data Management architecture and integration patterns
-   Experience designing scalable MDM solutions across multiple business domains
-   Experience with enterprise data governance frameworks and data quality initiatives
-   Ability to mentor team members and contribute to technical and functional decisions
-   Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
