We are looking for an experienced **Endpoint Management Engineer** to support and enhance enterprise endpoint management solutions within a modern Windows ecosystem. In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining secure, scalable, and efficient device management practices while contributing to automation, platform improvements, and operational excellence.

You will collaborate with technical teams across the organization to deliver a seamless endpoint experience, improve reliability, and ensure devices remain compliant, secure, and optimized throughout their lifecycle.

**Responsabilities:**

-   Oversee the complete lifecycle of enterprise devices across Windows environments, including onboarding, deployment, configuration, maintenance, updates, compliance, and retirement.
-   Configure, optimize, and maintain endpoint management solutions using **Microsoft Intune**, including device policies, configuration standards, compliance settings, and security controls.
-   Support and improve **Modern Workplace / Modern Device Management** capabilities, leveraging **Windows Autopilot** for automated provisioning and streamlined user experiences.
-   Develop scalable endpoint configurations, governance models, and standardized baselines to ensure consistency and operational efficiency across environments.
-   Build integrations and automation processes using cloud services and enterprise APIs to improve provisioning, reporting, policy application, and operational workflows.
-   Continuously improve platform performance, resilience, and user experience through monitoring, automation, and proactive optimization.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related issues, ensuring platform availability, operational stability, and security posture.
-   Produce and maintain technical documentation related to configurations, operational procedures, and environment changes.
-   Keep up to date with Microsoft ecosystem developments, endpoint management best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous platform improvements.

## Requirements

-   Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
-   Solid experience managing endpoint platforms in enterprise-scale environments.
-   Strong expertise in **Microsoft Intune**, **Windows Autopilot**, and **Entra ID**.
-   Practical experience with **Windows 11 enterprise environments**, including **Modern Management** and coexistence with **Group Policy (GPO)**.
-   Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-   Proactive mindset with strong ownership, resilience, and the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments.
-   Professional fluency in **English and Portuguese**.
