## Description

Alongside partners with organizations to drive digital transformation and build high-performing tech teams.

We're looking for a **Mid-Level QA Engineer** with around **3 years of experience in Manual Testing** who enjoys understanding how products work - and how they can fail.

You'll be involved in testing a variety of web and mobile applications, working closely with developers, product managers, and clients to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases based on business and functional requirements.
-   Perform functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and end-to-end testing.
-   Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring clear communication with development teams.
-   Review requirements and user stories to identify risks, edge cases, and missing scenarios.
-   Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
-   Validate APIs using Postman (or similar tools) and perform basic database validations using SQL.
-   Support release validation and production verification activities.
-   Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.
-   Work across different client projects, adapting quickly to new products and business domains.

## Requirements

-   Around **3 years of experience** in Manual Software Testing.

-   Professional proficiency in **English** (spoken and written).

-   Experience testing web applications (mobile testing is a plus).

-   Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and defect lifecycle.

-   Experience creating test plans, test cases, and bug reports.

-   Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman (or similar).

-   Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
-   Familiarity with at least one automation framework (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar) to understand and maintain existing automated tests.
-   Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
-   Ability to work independently in a fully remote and collaborative environment.
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
