## Description

**Alongside** partners with organizations to **drive digital transformation** and **build high-performing tech teams**.  
We are looking for a highly autonomous and proactive **Head Of People** to join the team of a partner company. In this role, you will provide **day-to-day support to employees**, manage **end-to-end HR processes**, and contribute to **HR strategy and initiatives** aligned with the company’s business goals. This person will report directly to Portugal and the Netherlands, and this is an excellent opportunity to work in a **dynamic and innovative environment**, especially within start-ups or product-focused companies.  
  
**What You’ll Do**

-   Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR-related questions
-   Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and the full employee lifecycle
-   Support HR strategy and initiatives aligned with business objectives
-   Collaborate closely with leadership and teams to foster a positive and inclusive culture
-   Ensure compliance with HR policies, Portuguese labor law, and employee relations

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources** or a related field
-   **More than 5 years of experience** in HR
-   Knowledge of **Portuguese labor law** and HR regulations
-   Previous experience in **start-ups** or **product companies**
-   **Excellent communication** skills
-   Highly **autonomous**, **proactive**, and **hands-on**
-   **Fluent in English** (mandatory)
