## Description

We are looking for a **Junior Fullstack Developer**, who wants to grow in a modern, **AI-driven development environment**.

This is not a traditional junior developer role. We are looking for someone passionate about **Fullstack Development**, but also genuinely curious about **AI tools, automation and agentic workflows** - someone who already **uses AI naturally to learn faster, automate tasks and improve the way they build software.**  
  
**Responsibilities**  

-   Develop and maintain web applications using **React and Next.js;**
-   Support the development of **APIs and backend services with Node.js;**
-   Participate in the **implementation of new features and improvements;**
-   Collaborate with **product and design teams;**
-   Explore and **integrate AI tools** into development workflows;
-   Support the creation of **automations and AI** - assisted solutions.

## Requirements

-   Degree in **Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar;**
-   **1 to 2 years** of professional experience in **Fullstack or Software Development;**
-   Knowledge of **React, Next.js, Node.js, REST APIs and databases;**
-   Strong motivation to learn and grow as a **Fullstack Developer;**
-   Proven hands-on **experience with AI projects** (academic, personal or freelance);
-   Experience building or experimenting with **AI agents, agentic workflows or AI-powered automations;**
-   Responsibility, teamwork, and proactivity.

  
  
**Nice to Have**  

-   Open to joining through a Professional Internship is a plus;
-   Experience using AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor or Claude;
-   Familiarity with AI APIs and agent frameworks;
-   Interest in prompt engineering and workflow optimization;
-   Basic knowledge of cloud platforms or DevOps concepts.
