We are seeking an experienced **Senior Tekla Detailer** to lead structural steel modeling and detailing from design through fabrication and field erection.

This position combines advanced **Tekla Structures** expertise with technical leadership. The Senior Detailer will be responsible for model and drawing quality, detailing standards, workflow improvements, and mentoring other detailers.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in a **structural steel fabrication environment** and understands the complete detailing process, from 3D modeling and connection detailing through shop drawings, fabrication, and erection.

Responsibilities

-   **8+ years of structural steel detailing experience with advanced Tekla Structures proficiency.**
-   **Structural steel fabrication experience is required.**
-   **Advanced Tekla Structures proficiency is required.**
-   Proven experience developing or improving Tekla standards, templates, workflows, or detailing procedures.
-   Previous experience leading, mentoring, training, or supervising structural steel detailers.
-   Strong understanding of **structural steel fabrication, connection detailing, erection sequencing, and shop drawing production**.
-   Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, architectural plans, specifications, and engineering documents.
-   Experience coordinating with engineering, fabrication, production, and project management teams.
-   Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-   Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accurate, fabrication-ready documentation.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and production deadlines.
