# MEP Project Manager - Commercial Plumbing

## Description

We’re seeking a **Commercial Plumbing Project Manager** to lead commercial and industrial plumbing and process piping projects, overseeing project execution, financial performance, field teams, and client relationships from preconstruction through final closeout.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution for commercial plumbing and process piping installations.
-   Direct field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity, quality, and project timelines.
-   Review construction drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders to resolve technical and scope-related issues.
-   Manage procurement schedules, material deliveries, equipment, and field resources.
-   Track project costs, billing, budgets, and change orders to protect profitability.
-   Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, clients, and inspectors to address project needs and maintain clear communication.
-   Lead progress meetings, resolve construction challenges, and manage inspections, commissioning, punch lists, and project closeout.

## Requirements

-   5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial plumbing construction.
-   Demonstrated success managing commercial plumbing and/or process piping projects.
-   Experience working for a plumbing contractor, mechanical contractor, or MEP subcontractor.
-   Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, construction drawings, specifications, and installation methods.
-   Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractors.
-   Ability to take full ownership of projects from preconstruction through completion.
-   Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.

**Important:** Direct commercial or industrial plumbing construction project management experience is required. Residential-only project management and roles limited to MEP coordination or administrative support do not meet the requirements.
