## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Construction Project Manager** to oversee commercial interior construction projects from contract award through final closeout. This role is responsible for managing projects involving **commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and commercial flooring**, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a proven background in commercial interiors, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and clients while successfully managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceiling, and flooring projects from preconstruction through project completion.
-   Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, procurement plans, and execution strategies.
-   Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure complete scope understanding.
-   Coordinate with owners, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field teams.
-   Monitor project costs, labor productivity, material procurement, equipment, and subcontractor performance.
-   Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, pay applications, and project documentation.
-   Conduct regular site visits to verify safety, quality, production, and schedule compliance.
-   Identify project risks early and implement solutions to minimize delays, cost overruns, and field issues.
-   Lead project meetings and provide consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
-   Manage project closeout, including punch lists, final documentation, warranties, and turnover packages.

## Requirements

-   **3+ years** of project management experience in commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, commercial flooring, or related interior construction.
-   Commercial interior construction experience is required.
-   Strong understanding of commercial construction practices, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and cost control.
-   Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
-   Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
-   Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software is preferred.
-   Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
-   High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
