We engage experienced practitioners for both full-time employment and project-based contract roles, depending on the award and staffing model. Engagements are remote-first with travel as required for partner and field sites. We build ready teams for live grant and sponsored-research pursuits — not speculative staffing banks.

This opportunity is contingent upon grant or sponsored-project award and final staffing approval. Permission will be requested before including a candidate's name or resume in a proposal or funding package.

WIL is seeking an Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) / Cybercrime Training & Technical Assistance Specialist to strengthen investigative capacity, digital forensics readiness, and multi-agency coordination for cyber-enabled crimes against children — as applied research and TTA capacity for WIL grant packages.

What you'll do:
Deliver training and technical assistance to law-enforcement and multidisciplinary partners on ICAC and cyber-enabled crimes against children
Advise on investigative workflows, digital evidence handling, task-force coordination, and technology-enabled case support
Develop curricula, job aids, and practice guides for investigators, analysts, and partner agencies
Support peer learning, after-action review, and continuous improvement across participating jurisdictions
Contribute specialist qualifications and past-performance narrative to WIL grant and sponsored-research packages when permissioned
