## Description

We are hiring a Structural Engineer / Project Lead to support the continued growth of our Dallas office. This role is ideal for an engineer ready to step into a leadership track, taking ownership of projects, working directly with clients, and contributing to high-quality design from concept through construction.

Our portfolio includes multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and hospitality developments, and you’ll work closely with architects, developers, and firm leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your input directly impacts project outcomes.

**What You'll Own**

-   Lead structural projects from initial design through construction administration
-   Perform and oversee structural analysis, calculations, and design development
-   Produce and review construction documents to ensure accuracy and quality
-   Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
-   Serve as a client-facing lead throughout project execution
-   Mentor junior engineers (EITs) and support team development
-   Contribute to project standards and overall office growth

## Requirements

-   5–6+ years of structural engineering experience
-   Proven ability to lead or manage projects
-   Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (Civil accepted with strong structural focus)
-   PE license preferred (or actively pursuing)
-   Proficiency in structural design software, AutoCAD, and Revit
-   Strong communication and client-facing skills
-   Experience in commercial, multifamily, or large-scale residential projects preferred
-   Wood design experience is a plus
-   Familiarity with the Texas market is a plus
-   Must be a U.S. citizen
