## Description

We are seeking an experienced **MEP Project Manager** to oversee commercial and industrial plumbing and process piping projects from preconstruction through final closeout. The ideal candidate has a strong background in plumbing construction project management and can lead teams, control project costs, maintain schedules, and deliver quality results while meeting client expectations.

## Key Responsibilities

-   Plan, schedule, budget, and manage commercial plumbing and process piping projects from preconstruction through completion.
-   Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity, workmanship, safety, and project schedules.
-   Review construction drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders to identify and resolve technical issues and scope discrepancies.
-   Coordinate procurement, material deliveries, equipment, and field resources to support project execution.
-   Monitor project budgets, costs, billing, and change orders to maintain financial performance and profitability.
-   Collaborate with general contractors, engineers, clients, and inspectors to resolve project challenges and maintain clear communication.
-   Lead project meetings and track progress against established schedules and milestones.
-   Coordinate inspections, commissioning, punch lists, and final project closeout to ensure contractual requirements are met.

## Requirements

-   5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial plumbing construction.
-   Demonstrated experience managing commercial plumbing and/or process piping projects.
-   Previous experience working for a plumbing contractor, mechanical contractor, or MEP subcontractor.
-   Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, construction drawings, specifications, and installation methods.
-   Experience managing project schedules, budgets, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractors.
-   Ability to take full ownership of projects from preconstruction through final completion.
-   Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.

**Important Qualification:** Direct project management experience in commercial or industrial plumbing construction is required. Candidates with residential-only experience or backgrounds limited to MEP coordination or administrative support will not qualify.
