## Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects within a hands-on subcontractor environment.

This is a high-impact role for an experienced PM who can own project performance end-to-end, managing complex HVAC systems, piping installations, and field operations across multiple active jobs. You’ll play a key role in driving execution, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

-   Oversee multiple commercial HVAC and mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout
-   Lead field teams, subcontractors, and internal staff across concurrent job sites
-   Manage complex HVAC systems, piping scopes, and mechanical installations
-   Drive project schedules, cost control, and execution, resolving issues proactively
-   Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and leadership
-   Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to guide field execution
-   Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
-   Support procurement strategy, subcontractor selection, and coordination

## Requirements

-   8+ years of experience managing commercial HVAC or mechanical construction projects
-   Strong background in commercial HVAC systems _(residential-only experience will not be considered)_
-   Experience with a mechanical contractor, HVAC subcontractor, or design-build firm
-   Proven ability to manage multiple projects with full ownership
-   Strong leadership experience managing field teams and subcontractors
-   Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
-   Experience with project scheduling and cost control tools (MS Project or similar)
-   Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced contractor environment
