## Description

We are seeking an experienced tax professional to join a growing public accounting team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong tax background who enjoys preparing and reviewing business tax returns, working on complex individual returns, and partnering with clients to provide high-quality tax services.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing tax engagements independently while working remotely. This position offers flexibility, challenging tax work, and long-term growth opportunities within a supportive team environment.

### Responsibilities

-   Prepare and review business tax returns
-   Prepare complex individual tax returns
-   Conduct tax research and planning
-   Communicate directly with clients through phone and video meetings
-   Collaborate with partners on planning opportunities
-   Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance
-   Assist with consulting engagements and special projects

## Requirements

-   3–5 years of public accounting experience with a primary focus on tax
-   Experience preparing business and complex individual tax returns
-   CPA preferred but not required
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills
-   Ability to work independently in a remote environment
-   Must reside in the Eastern or Central time zone
-   More experienced candidates are eligible for fully remote work; less experienced candidates should be able to travel to the Allentown office occasionally
