ALTEN Mexico as a subsidiary of the ALTEN Group. Currently working with international clients, and we are looking for an **Electronic Validation Engineer** who will ensure that alternative electronic components used to replace End‑of‑Life (EoL) parts continue to meet all **functional, safety, reliability, and compliance** requirements within automotive ECUs. They conduct **risk‑based delta validation**, design and execute **test plans**, analyze results, document technical reports, and work with cross‑functional teams using tools such as **JIRA, PLM systems, CANoe/CANalyzer, Siemens Capital, Altium, and Ansys**.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Perform risk-based delta validation for redesigned or replacement electronic components.
-   Ensure all component changes meet functionality, safety, reliability and compliance standards (**ISO 26262, A-SPICE, AEC-Q100/Q200).**
-   Create and execute validation plans, test methods and traceability per requirements.
-   Analyze test results, KPIs and prepare technical reports for internal and customer teams.
-   Work cross-functionally with Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Suppliers.
-   Use key engineering tools such as **JIRA, Arena PLM, 3DX, CANoe/CANalyzer, Siemens Capital, Altium, Ansys**.

## Requirements

### **Must‑Have Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
-   **5+ years in automotive electronic validation.**
-   Experience with:

1.  **Electronic validation & test execution**
2.  **Risk & impact analysis**
3.  **Test plan creation and requirements traceability**
4.  **Data analysis & technical reporting**

-   Knowledge of industry standards (ISO 26262, **ASIL, A‑SPICE**, AEC‑Q100/200).
-   Experience using **CANoe/CANalyzer**, **Siemens Capital**, **Altium**, **Ansys**.
