**Key responsabilities:**

**Procurement Process & Operations**

_• Support creation, submission, and tracking of requisitions, purchase orders (POs) and invoices within the ERP system (preferably SAP)._

_• Facilitate the procurement lifecycle for software development and engineering teams, ensuring compliance with internal processes and timelines._

_• Coordinate with global purchasing teams to support contract creation, approval workflows, and vendor onboarding as required._

**Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration**

_• Act as a point of contact for SWE teams, ICT, global Purchasing, and Finance for all procurement-related activities._

_• Understand project requirements by collaborating with software development teams and translating needs into procurement actions._

_• Communicate procurement status, PO progress, and invoice updates to global and regional stakeholders._

**Data Management, Reporting & Governance**

_• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contract statuses, and spend tracking._

_• Generate and share routine and ad hoc procurement reports for leadership and global teams._

_• Monitor workflow bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance procurement efficiency._

**Operational Excellence**

_• Ensure compliance with processes, procurement guidelines, and audit requirements._

_• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and internal documentation._

## Requirements

\- Relevant experience in Procurement Operations, Business Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields.

\- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (requisition creation, PO management, approvals).

\- Advanced experience using SAP procurement modules, workflow management, and reporting.

\- High proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) and collaboration platforms.

\- English: C1
