We are currently seeking a talented **Business Unit Analyst** to join our dynamic team.

The Business Unit Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business trends, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our business units operate efficiently and effectively, contributing to our overall success.

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct in-depth analysis of business unit performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
-   Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management to facilitate informed decision-making.
-   Collaborate with different departments to gather data and insights for strategic planning initiatives.
-   Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
-   Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing relevant data and analysis.
-   Assist in the development of business strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
-   Participate in project follow-ups to ensure goals and objectives are being met.

**Required Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analyst, Finance, or related field.
-   Are welcome JR, MID or Sr profiles in business analysis, financial analysis, or related roles.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
-   Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.
