**Position Overview:**

We are looking for a skilled **SAP IT Project Manager** to lead SAP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and adoption of SAP practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Manage the complete lifecycle of SAP projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
-   Lead project teams by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
-   Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
-   Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper integration and deployment of SAP modules.
-   Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
-   Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
-   Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
-   Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users on SAP functionalities.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on SAP projects.
-   PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
-   Strong knowledge of SAP modules and functionalities (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA).
-   Proficient understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
-   Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
-   Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
