We are currently seeking a talented and experienced **CAE Concept & Meshing Engineer.** to join our engineering team. This role focuses on the development and assessment of advanced **Body-in-White (BIW)** concepts through finite element modeling, structural analysis, and optimization techniques supporting early vehicle development programs.

### Main Responsibilities

\- Develop **Rapid Concept Development (RCD)** models for advanced Body-in-White (BIW) structures.

\- Build and maintain high-quality **Finite Element (FE)** models and meshes for structural assessment.

\- Perform CAE simulations using industry-standard solvers such as **LS-DYNA, Nastran, OptiStruct, and Isight**.

\- Apply optimization methodologies including **shape, gauge, material, topology, and topography optimization**.

\- Prepare models for optimization studies and execute design exploration processes.

\- Utilize FE mesh morphing techniques to support design iterations and concept evaluations.

\- Analyze simulation results and generate technical reports summarizing structural performance.

\- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to propose countermeasures, improvements, and innovative vehicle structure concepts.

\- Support the evaluation of lightweight materials and advanced manufacturing technologies for automotive structures.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's Degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering**, or a related field.
-   **5+ years of experience** in CAE, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), or vehicle structural development.
-   Strong knowledge of **automotive Body-in-White (BIW)** systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
-   Experience with **LS-DYNA, Nastran, OptiStruct, and Isight**.
-   Experience with **SFE CONCEPT** and concept modeling methodologies.
-   Knowledge of **FE mesh generation, mesh morphing, and model-building techniques**.
-   Familiarity with automotive materials including **steel, aluminum, and composite materials**.
-   Understanding of structural mechanics and the behavior of **thin-walled structures**.
-   Experience with **Teamcenter, Siemens NX, and VisProfessional** is considered a strong advantage.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
-   Excellent communication and technical reporting skills.
-   High proficiency in **English (speaking, reading, and writing)**.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience supporting early-stage vehicle architecture and lightweighting initiatives.
-   Background in optimization-driven design methodologies.
-   Exposure to multidisciplinary engineering teams within the automotive industry.
-   Experience presenting technical recommendations directly to design and vehicle integration teams.
