\--> **Role & Responsibilities**

As an **Organizational Consultant**, your role will be to **drive business transformation and performance optimization in the AI era**. Your key responsibilities will include:

**1.Strategic Consulting & Business Transformation**

-   Empower organizations to define strategic pillars, maximize growth, optimize operations, and improve business performance.
-   Guide executive teams in setting annual goals, OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) & execution plans 
-   Enable teams to define and align team-level OKRs to ensure optimal strategy execution.
-   Design and implement AI adoption programs, ensuring readiness for Generative AI services across business units.
-   Identify opportunities for AI-driven process automation, decision support, and content generation to enhance efficiency and innovation.

**2\. AI Enablement & Capability Building**

-   Train and coach client teams on Generative AI tools and best practices, including prompt engineering and workflow integration.
-   Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to embed AI into performance management systems and operational processes.
-   Develop AI-related content, frameworks, and case studies to position altoValue as a thought leader in organizational AI transformation.

**3\. Project Management & Client Engagement**

-   Plan, organize, and participate in webinars, workshops, and client meetings focused on AI readiness and organizational agility.
-   Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations showcasing AI-enabled solutions.
-   Provide project management assistance, monitor progress, and address challenges in AI implementation projects.

## Requirements

**What do you bring to the Company?**

-   We are looking for a motivated professional with:
-   -   **7-10 years of experience in Operations Management, Organizational Development, or Project Management**, or related fields.
    -   **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
    -   Proven experience in OKRs methodology and management consulting (preferred but not required).
    -   **Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools** and frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar).
    -   **Strong project management skills** with experience handling multi-phase projects.
    -   **Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English**.
    -   A strategic mindset with analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
    -   A results-driven approach to delivering projects on time and exceeding stakeholder expectations.
