**Energy Management Engineer**

**Who are we looking for?**

As **Energy Management Engineer,** you will be responsible to support energy performance and sustainability objectives of the company. You will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the plant’s Energy Management System (EnMS), analyzing energy consumption data from electrical and natural gas metering infrastructure, identifying and implementing energy-saving opportunities, and supporting energy procurement and reporting activities. Work closely with production, maintenance, engineering, finance, and external energy providers to improve energy efficiency, reduce operating costs, and support compliance with energy management standards and corporate sustainability goals. Let's take a look on your daily tasks:

-   Monitor and manage the plant’s cloud-based Energy Management System (EnMS), including data collection and validation from all the installed energy meters. Analyze energy consumption trends, production-related energy performance indicators (EnPIs), and utility cost data.
-   Identify, evaluate, and propose energy-saving measures and optimization projects for industrial processes and utilities. Prepare technical and financial evaluations for energy efficiency initiatives, including ROI and payback analyses.
-   Leads ISO 50001 energy management activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Contributes to the company's energy saving policy as an active member of the company's Energy Management Team.
-   Develop regular energy performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and operational teams.
-   Collaborate with production and maintenance departments to optimize equipment performance and reduce energy losses.

## Requirements

-   Degree in Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
-   Experience with Energy Management Systems (EnMS) and Building Management Systems (BMS)
-   Knowledge of ISO 50001 principles and practices
-   Familiarity with SCADA systems
-   Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities
-   Knowledge of MATLAB and AutoCAD will be considered an asset
-   Strong reporting and analytical skills
-   Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning abilities
-   Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
