**ALUMIL is seeking a Production Engineer for its subsidiary BMP, located in the Industrial Area (B.I.PE.) of Serres.**

**About the Role**

As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving production processes. You will analyze manufacturing workflows, contribute to capacity planning, and collaborate with teams to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality improvement.
-   Develop and maintain production schedules in coordination with the planning team.
-   Analyze and troubleshoot manufacturing issues to minimize downtime.
-   Implement process improvements and automation solutions.
-   Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
-   Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and R&D teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
-   Provide technical support and training to production staff.
-   Prepare reports on production metrics and present findings to management.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
-   Experience in production engineering or manufacturing environment is preferred.
-   Knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality management.
-   Ability to analyze data and use problem-solving tools effectively.
-   Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment and manage multiple priorities.
-   Good English knowledge
-   Good AutoCAD knowledge
