ALUMIL, a global leader in architectural aluminium systems, is seeking a Customer Consultant Engineer to join its **Customer Consultants team.**

The position focuses on providing technical guidance and selecting the optimal outdoor systems to meet architectural, functional, and performance requirements for every project.

Role Overview  
**  
As a **Customer Consultant** within our Sales Division, you will combine strong communication skills with a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. Based in **Kilkis and Thessaloniki**, you will work closely with clients on a project-by-project basis, serving as their primary point of contact for technical inquiries and project specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Perform project estimations and quantity take-offs based on technical specifications and architectural plans
-   Review project requirements to ensure design feasibility, ensuring custom requests can be practically executed on-site
-   Prepare and dispatch detailed technical-commercial quotes to clients in close collaboration with the sales team
-   Guide clients through our outdoor systems portfolio, recommending optimal solutions for their specific architectural needs
-   Handle specialized technical designs and address inquiries regarding custom project specifications
-   Engage and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, fabricators, private clients, and group subsidiaries

## Requirements

-   University degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline
-   Previous experience with aluminium will be appreciated.
-   Experience of at least 3 years in the construction industry
-   Good knowledge of AutoCAD or other design softwares
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-   Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
-   Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-   Organizational skills, consistency, confidentiality
