## Description

-   Perform daily SAP Basis administration and monitoring activities.
-   Monitor SAP system health, performance, and availability.
-   Support SAP system installations, configurations, upgrades, and patches.
-   Perform user administration, roles, authorizations, and access management.
-   Monitor system logs, work processes, background jobs, and system performance.
-   Support SAP transport management across different environments.
-   Perform database monitoring and basic database administration activities.
-   Support SAP backup and restore activities and troubleshoot system issues.
-   Monitor interfaces and RFC connections and assist with issue resolution.
-   Coordinate with functional and technical teams to resolve SAP-related incidents.
-   Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
-   Support SAP system maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company standards.

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   **1–2 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration.**
-   Good understanding of SAP architecture and Basis administration.
-   Basic knowledge of SAP user and authorization management.
-   Knowledge of SAP transports, background jobs, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
-   Basic understanding of databases such as **HANA,or SQL Server**.
-   Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
-   Good communication and teamwork skills.
-   SAP Basis certification.
