**About the Role**

As a Partnership Lead, you will be responsible for building and managing partnerships with financial service providers such as banks, payment gateways, and e-wallets to support cash-in capabilities. You will handle end-to-end partnership processes—from sourcing and onboarding to monitoring performance and resolving issues—while working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and reliable payment operations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and strong in stakeholder management, with an interest in fintech and payment ecosystems.

**About the Team**

You’ll be working with two awesome teams: the Supply Team and the Operations Team. Get ready to dive into the PPOB & Remittance industry and learn all about Indonesia’s agent network. You’ll responsible for developing and managing cash-in partnerships (banks, payment gateways, e-wallets) to ensure scalable, cost-efficient, and reliable payment channels.

**Job Description :**

-   **Partnership Strategy & Management:** Lead the sourcing, evaluation, selection, and relationship management of cash-in partners, ensuring alignment with business and commercial objectives.
-   **Commercial Negotiation:** Lead negotiations on pricing, SLA, commercial terms, and partnership agreements to optimize cost and business value.
-   **End-to-End Partner Onboarding:** Oversee the full partner lifecycle from sourcing, due diligence, and negotiation to integration coordination, UAT, and go-live.
-   **Partner Performance Management:** Monitor partner performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs, acting as the key PIC for escalations, issue resolution, and service improvements.
-   **Cost & Pricing Management:** Lead COGS analysis and work closely with Finance and Growth to ensure competitive and sustainable pricing strategies.
-   **Cross-Functional Leadership:** Drive alignment across Finance, Product, Engineering, Growth, Selling Price, and Customer Service to ensure seamless partnership integration and execution.
-   **Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement:** Lead partners and internal stakeholders in resolving transaction-related issues, ensuring SLA compliance, identifying root causes, and driving continuous service and process improvements.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
-   8+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Fintech, or Payments, with experience handling payment products such as Cash-In, VA, Payment Gateway, or E-Wallet.
-   Proven ability to manage strategic partners, negotiate pricing, SLA, commercial terms, and drive mutually beneficial partnerships.
-   Strong experience managing the full partnership lifecycle, from sourcing and due diligence to integration, go-live, performance monitoring, and ongoing relationship management.
-   Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to use Excel/Spreadsheets and business data to evaluate performance and support decision-making.
-   Strong ability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and external partners, with the maturity to manage complex discussions and negotiations.
-   Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics, manage multiple priorities, and drive execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
