**About the Role**

As Relationship Manager \[Hunter\] you will be part of critical role in developing and nurturing relationships with clients focused on funding and investment opportunities. This position requires understanding of funding mechanisms, and P2P market trends to offer the best financial solutions to our clients. This role will be direct report to Head of Funding  and this role also are part of the Premium Lender team RM

**Responsibilities**

-   Manage and grow a portfolio of existing lenders/investors to drive retention, repeat investments, and AUM growth.
-   Build strong relationships with premium investors through regular engagement, consultation, and personalized support.
-   Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize investor wallet share and funding contribution.
-   Act as the main point of contact for investor inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
-   Reactivate dormant investors and proactively mitigate churn risks through timely engagement.
-   Source and acquire new investors through personal networks, referrals, partnerships, and events to support business growth.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's Degree in any major.
-   Minimum 4 years of experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or related industries.
-   Proven track record in managing client portfolios, driving retention, and achieving growth targets.
-   Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities and a consultative selling approach.
-   Well-connected within affluent or investment communities and able to acquire new investors independently.
