At Amazing Care Home Health, we believe exceptional patient care starts with empowered clinicians. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate **RN Clinical Supervisor** to lead, support, and elevate our Skilled Nursing team in the Aurora area.

**Compensation**

-   **Salary:** Approximately $90,000+ (based on experience)
-   **Sign-On Bonus:** $5,000

**What You’ll Do**

As an RN Clinical Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll guide your team, manage clinical operations, and serve as a trusted resource for both staff and patients.

-   Oversee patient care across the full continuum: admissions, recertifications, routine visits, transfers, and discharge planning
-   Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, training, and support to field clinicians
-   Collaborate closely with case managers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
-   Balance administrative oversight with hands-on clinical support, including occasional patient visits
-   Help drive quality, compliance, and best practices (including OASIS accuracy)
-   Adapt to a dynamic environment with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

## Requirements

-   Active **RN license**
-   Proven experience in **home health and** **OASIS assessments** **(required)**
-   Leadership experience in a supervisory or case management role prereferred
-   Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
-   Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
-   A passion for developing others and delivering exceptional patient care
