**About the Role:**

We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic **Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)** to join our fun, supportive team at our Castle Rock clinic. If you love working with kids and want to grow in a warm, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect place for you.

**Position Details:**

-   **Full-Time:** In-Person
-   **Schedule:** 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (No weekends)

-   4 / 10 hour day shifts (Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday)

**Compensation:**

-   $35.00- $50.00 per hour
-   $5,000 Sign On Bonus for Full-time
-   $2,500 Sign On Bonus for Part-time

**What You'll Do:**

-   Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings
-   Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
-   Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time

## Requirements

-   **Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)** in Colorado.
-   Experience in **pediatric home health** or related field preferred.
-   Strong **communication** and **interpersonal skills** to engage with children and families.
-   Proficiency in **electronic medical records** (EMR) documentation.
-   Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
-   **Flexibility** and **adaptability** to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
