### **About the Role:**

We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic **Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)** to join our fun, supportive team at our Parker clinic. If you love working with kids and want to grow in a warm, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect place for you.

### **Position Details:**

-   **Location:** In-person, Parker clinic
-   **Schedule:** Full-time, Part-Time, PRN

-   **Full-time schedules:** Monday–Friday, _Optional Saturdays_

-   **4–10s and 4-8s schedule available** for full-time team members

-   **Part-time/PRN schedules:** flexible and based on clinic needs

### **Clinic Hours**

-   Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
-   Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

### **Compensation**

-   $10,000 Sign On Bonus for Full-time
-   $5,00 Sign On Bonus for Part-time / PRN

### **What You’ll Do**

-   Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0–21) in outpatient and virtual settings
-   Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care
-   Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time

## Requirements

-   National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) for Occupational Therapist, Registered
-   Successfully completed the therapist-level fieldwork requirements as per the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program for Occupational Therapists
-   Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Colorado (DORA) by the start date
