We are eager to recruit a talented QA Tester to join our Digital Practice and one of our project delivery teams.</p>    <p><strong>The Role:</strong></p>      <p>As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring individuals, teams, and organizations in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies. You will support and facilitate Agile transformation, promote collaboration and continuous improvement, and help teams deliver high-quality products or services.</p>  <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>      <ol>  <li>Coach and mentor teams: Provide guidance and      support to Agile teams, including Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and      development teams, in understanding and implementing Agile principles,      values, and practices.</li>  <li>Agile transformation: Assist organizations in      adopting Agile methodologies and transforming their culture, processes,      and mindset to become more Agile.</li>  <li>Training and workshops: Conduct Agile training      sessions and workshops to educate teams and stakeholders about Agile      practices, frameworks, and techniques.</li>  <li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Facilitate Agile      ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and      retrospectives to ensure effective collaboration and communication within      the team.</li>  <li>Agile frameworks and practices: Help teams      select and tailor Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and practices to      suit their specific needs, and ensure adherence to Agile principles.</li>  <li>Continuous improvement: Encourage teams to      continuously improve their processes and practices through      experimentation, feedback loops, and retrospectives.</li>  <li>Stakeholder management: Collaborate with      stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to create      alignment and support for Agile initiatives.</li>  <li>Metrics and reporting: Define and track Agile      metrics to measure team and organizational performance, identify areas for      improvement, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.</li>  <li>Agile coaching community: Foster a community      of practice within the organization by sharing Agile knowledge, best      practices, and lessons learned.</li> </ol>      <p>Qualifications:</p>      <ol>  <li>Agile expertise: In-depth understanding of      Agile methodologies, frameworks, and principles (e.g., Scrum, Kanban,      Lean) and experience applying them in real-world projects.</li>  <li>Coaching and mentoring skills: Proven ability      to coach and mentor individuals and teams, helping them embrace and apply      Agile practices effectively.</li>  <li>Communication and facilitation: Excellent      communication and facilitation skills to effectively collaborate with      diverse teams and stakeholders, and to lead workshops and training      sessions.</li>  <li>Leadership and influencing skills: Ability to      influence and inspire others, including senior leaders, to embrace Agile      principles and support Agile transformations.</li>  <li>Continuous learning mindset: A passion for      continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools,      and practices in Agile methodologies.</li>  <li>Problem-solving and adaptability: Strong      problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt Agile frameworks and practices      to suit different organizational contexts and challenges.</li>  <li>Certification: Agile certifications such as      Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Agile      Certified Practitioner (ACP) are desirable but not always required.</li> </ol>              <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>  <ul>
