**About the Opportunity**

The **Epicentre ReBird Coordinator** is a newly created role, supporting our fast-growing expansion across Australia. This position is responsible for ensuring our guest aftersales needs are met and exceeded across our stores in Sydney.

Key responsibilities include:

-   Hands on guest facing execution of ReBird services in store
-   Leading the delivery of all in-store ReBird activities within the market.
-   Training and onboarding all ReBird operators in the market
-   Acting as the primary point of escalation and solution for complex cases.

Specific Skills  

-   Intermediate data literacy 

-   Strong technical and hands-on skills

Qualifications 

-   A minimum of one year’s experience in a retail leadership role.

-   Experience or training in a hands-on trade, particularly in sewing or seamstress work is preferred.
