We are seeking an experienced **National Account Manager** to drive profitable growth across our Sportstyle portfolio within key “clicks & mortar” accounts. Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager, you will take full ownership of strategic accounts- leading joint business planning, executing go-to-market strategies, and delivering strong commercial outcomes across both in-store and online channels.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage and grow key national Sportstyle accounts, delivering sales and profit targets
-   Lead seasonal sell-in processes, range presentations, and account planning
-   Develop and execute joint business plans with major retail partners
-   Analyse sales, margin, and performance data to identify growth opportunities
-   Drive in-store and online execution excellence to enhance consumer experience
-   Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and eCommerce teams
-   Lead trade marketing initiatives and tailored campaigns for key accounts
-   Build strong relationships with buyers, merchandisers, and key stakeholders

**About You**

You are a commercially minded Account Manager with a passion for sport, lifestyle, and retail. You thrive on building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

**Key requirements:**

-   5+ years’ experience in sales or national account management
-   Strong background in retail, lifestyle, outdoor, or footwear categories
-   Proven experience managing large national or “big box” accounts
-   Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and drive insights
-   Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills
-   Solid understanding of omni-channel retail and eCommerce dynamics
-   Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
