**Purpose**  

As our Recruiter, you will lead the attraction and acquisition of talent while evolving all aspects of recruitment with a primary focus on our ANZ Retail teams. You’re a natural relationship builder, partnering with our people leaders to identify business needs and match them with phenomenal talent. You are a spokesperson and facilitator for our organization and strive to continuously evolve processes that contribute to an excellent candidate and employee experience.

**Responsibilities**

-   Leading full cycle recruitment for your designated business areas in line with Arc’teryx’s overall talent strategy, filling in where needed when the recruitment team has a high volume of roles.  

-   Sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidate skills, experience, and competencies to make hiring recommendations to the business. 

-   Collaborating with hiring managers to train and build interview scorecards to ensure clear and unbiased decision making during the interview process. 

-   Partnering with our local and regional P+C and Talent team to develop unique, data driven recruitment strategies to meet your needs. 

-   Partnering closely with the P&C team to understand the complete picture of the department headcount and strategic business needs. 

-   Advocating for transparency and open feedback for our candidates throughout the process to improve the candidate experience. 

-   Managing your external and internal postings, reviewing applications, interviewing, and maintaining candidate records via our applicant tracking system (Workable & Lever). 

-   Completion and support of employment contracts, employee set up (Workday) and new starter onboarding is seamless.  

-   Ensure all data entry for new starters in workday for retail teams. 

-   Supporting the P+C team with other projects and hiring commitments as required.

Specific Skills  

-   You have 3+ years of recruitment experience in a high-volume environment, preferably within the retail industry.

-   You have built customized recruitment strategies and can work autonomously. 

-   You have demonstrated experience within the retail, hospitality and/or a similar fast-paced industry. 

Qualifications 

-   Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent tertiary studies
