We’re growing our remote team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy helping others and are interested in building a long-term career.

As a **Remote Benefits & Client Support Representative**, you’ll connect with clients virtually, help them understand their available benefit options, provide ongoing support, and build strong client relationships.

**No previous experience is required.** We provide training, mentorship, coaching, and the tools needed to help you succeed.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Meet virtually with clients to discuss available benefit options
-   Help individuals and families understand and enroll in eligible programs
-   Provide professional, friendly customer service
-   Build and maintain strong client relationships
-   Coordinate client appointments and maintain accurate records
-   Follow established processes and systems with support from experienced mentors
-   Participate in weekly coaching, team meetings, and professional development
