In this role, you will help prospective clients navigate important coverage decisions while contributing to a sales-driven, customer-focused team. The position is centered on building trust, creating a positive customer experience, and supporting people through the enrollment journey with clarity and confidence.

### Responsibilities

-   Handle inbound and outbound client conversations to explain insurance coverage options.
-   Build rapport with prospective customers and guide them through the enrollment process.
-   Follow up with leads promptly and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
-   Meet individual sales goals while delivering a professional customer experience.
-   Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing sales training.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   Availability to work evenings.
-   Availability during Eastern Time business hours.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience in sales, customer service, or other client-facing communication roles, with a track record of meeting performance targets.
-   Comfort using CRM systems to track leads and follow-up activity.
-   Experience in the insurance industry.
-   Experience handling inbound leads, outbound follow-up, objection handling, and guiding customers through enrollment.
-   Experience with Zoom-based face-to-face customer interaction.
