We are seeking a driven, coachable individual to join our leadership development track as an **Entry-Level Manager**. This remote, contract-based position offers the opportunity to lead and mentor agents, optimize performance, and progress quickly into senior leadership roles—all while helping families protect what matters most.

## Requirements

Strong leadership potential with natural team-building instincts

Excellent communication and coaching abilities, especially via virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom)

Ability to analyze sales data and implement performance-improvement strategies

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools

Background in sales, customer service, or leadership is advantageous

A degree is welcome but not required—performance and initiative are what matter most

## Benefits

**Type:** Full-time, Independent Contractor (1099)
