## Description

-   Develop detailed engineering drawings and designs for production and manufacturing, utilizing CAD software to produce precise and accurate technical documentation.
-   Create drawings according to the specifications and quantities outlined in the Budget Plan.
-   Verify drawings are correct to specifications, codes, and other regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines.
-   Develop technical reports, summarizing project details, design specifications, and potential challenges or considerations.
-   Collaborate with architects, operations team, and contractors to address design issues, provide technical support, and ensure seamless project execution.
-   Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date project file system, ensuring easy access to drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

## Requirements

-   Construction Experience 2 years is required.
-   Bachelor in Architecture or Civil Engineering
-   Proficient in CAD software, including AutoCAD, **Revit,** or equivalent
-   Strong understanding of architectural and engineering design principles
-   Excellent knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations
-   Ability to multitask and manage several projects at a time
-   Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
-   Time management skills to complete error-free work within the required timeframe
-   Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop creative solutions
-   Proficient in Revit would be preferable
