## Description

### About The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced **MEP Engineer** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a _**strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems**_, as well as a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the implementation of MEP systems for various projects, including commercial, residential, hospitality, and industrial buildings.

### Job Descriptions

-   Develop detailed MEP design drawings, schematics, and specifications.
-   Conduct load calculations, energy analysis, and system sizing.
-   Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
-   Calculate material requirements and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/ RAB. 
-   Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design standards and specifications.
-   Perform site inspections and troubleshoot any technical issues.
-   Stay up-to-date with the latest building codes, industry standards, and sustainable design practices.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
-   Min 3 years of experience in MEP design and engineering.
-   Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
-   Strong understanding of building codes, such as SNI, IBC, and NEC.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-   Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
