Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a **Field Network Engineer** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**

-   Install and configure network equipment, including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and Access Points, at customer sites.
-   Diagnose and resolve complex network-related technical issues on-site, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
-   Perform regular system health checks, firmware and operating system upgrades, and infrastructure performance optimization.
-   Provide advanced technical support and basic user training to customers and end users.
-   Create, maintain, and update detailed technical documentation, including network diagrams, site survey reports, and implementation records.

## Requirements

-   Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
-   Minimum 4 years of proven experience in a similar role.
-   Strong knowledge of networking technologies and protocols, including TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, VLANs, VPNs, and Wi-Fi architectures.
-   Cisco certifications such as CCNA or CCNP will be considered an asset.
-   Active certifications such as FCP (Fortinet Certified Professional), NSE 4, or newer equivalents  will be considered as an advantage.
-   Experience with Network Monitoring Tools and IT Service Management (ITSM) / Ticketing Systems.
-   Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
-   Valid Category B driving license.
-   Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-   Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new skills and processes.
