Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a **Junior Application Support Specialist** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**

-   Administer and maintain Jira projects, configurations, workflows, issue types, permissions, and user access.
-   Create and manage dashboards, filters, reports, and KPIs to support business and operational needs.
-   Handle user requests, troubleshoot Jira-related issues, and provide day-to-day platform support.
-   Maintain system documentation, administration procedures, and reporting standards while supporting ongoing governance activities.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
-   Minimum 2 years of experience in Jira administration, support, or system coordination roles.
-   Good understanding of Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, permissions, and reporting capabilities.
-   Experience managing users, roles, groups, and access rights.
-   Ability to create meaningful dashboards and reports for operational and management purposes.
-   Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken
-   Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
