Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for **Junior Network Operations Engineer** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**

-   Maintain and update the inventory of network circuits and connectivity services across multiple providers, ensuring the integrity of our connectivity data.

-   Record, track and manage circuit information such as service IDs, bandwidth, locations, contracts and provider details.

-   Liaise with telecommunications providers on service activations, upgrades, incidents and cancellations.

-   Monitor the lifecycle of network connections and ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date.

-   Support the validation and auditing of network inventory data.

-   Assist network teams during circuit provisioning and migration activities.

-   Create and maintain operational reports and dashboards related to connectivity services.
-   Contribute to troubleshooting connectivity issues by gathering and validating information from providers and internal stakeholders.

## Requirements

-   Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology or a related field.
-   0-2 years of experience in Networking, Telecommunications, IT Operations or Technical Support.
-   Basic understanding of networking concepts and TCP/IP fundamentals, together with familiarity in WAN connectivity technologies.
-   Working knowledge of telecommunications technologies such as xDSL, FTTH, dedicated fiber circuits, Ethernet services, wireless and satellite connectivity (e.g., Starlink), as well as basic concepts of bandwidth, latency, packet loss and network availability/redundancy.
-   Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; exposure to ticketing systems, ITSM processes or inventory/asset/circuit management platforms is considered a plus, as are certifications such as CCNA or Network+.
-   Strong analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
-   Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
-   Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new skills and processes.
