Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a **Business Transformation Analyst** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**

-   Analyze and document business processes, requirements, and workflows across Procurement, Supply Chain, and Materials Management functions.
-   Partner with business stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies, operational challenges, and opportunities for optimization and automation.
-   Gather, validate, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for system enhancements and transformation initiatives.
-   Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve business analysis, reporting, forecasting, decision-making, and process efficiency.
-   Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and business insights to support operational and strategic objectives.
-   Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, and external vendors to support the successful delivery of projects and process improvements.
-   Support testing, user training, change management, and post-implementation activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and solutions.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
-   3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role supporting Procurement, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or Operations.
-   Strong understanding of AI concepts and business applications.
-   Experience using AI-enabled tools to increase productivity, improve reporting, automate processes, and support business decision-making.
-   Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle processes, inventory management, sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain operations.
-   Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
-   Experience working with ERP systems and enterprise business applications.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
