Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for **Junior Help Desk Support** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide first-line support to users across the organization.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve login issues, password resets, and basic application/system problems.
-   Log, track, and update incidents through the ticketing system, ensuring users are informed throughout the process.
-   Support workstation relocations, including computer, monitor, and structured cabling changes.
-   Ensure smooth operation of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.

## Requirements

-   B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
-   Minimum 1 year of professional experience in related role.
-   Excellent command of MS-Office applications.
-   Familiarity with using help desk software and ticketing systems.
-   Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
-   Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
-   Multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
-   Problem-solving and analytical skills.
