## About the Role

Ninja is looking for an experienced MEP Designer to develop, review, and maintain electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building-services designs for new and existing stores.

The ideal candidate will ensure engineering designs meet safety standards, operational requirements, cost-efficiency objectives, and long-term maintainability.

## Key Responsibilities

-   Prepare and review MEP drawings, technical specifications, equipment schedules, and engineering calculations.
-   Develop electrical load calculations, single-line diagrams, cable sizing, lighting, and power layouts.
-   Perform HVAC cooling load calculations, AC sizing, ventilation requirements, and refrigeration design reviews.
-   Coordinate plumbing, drainage, fire alarm, and fire protection requirements with relevant specialists.
-   Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and technical comparisons.
-   Review contractor submissions and drawings, inspect installations, and support testing, commissioning, and handover.
-   Maintain standardized engineering documentation, as-built drawings, asset schedules, and warranty records.
-   Identify opportunities to optimize construction costs, energy consumption, and maintenance expenses.
-   Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi codes and company engineering standards.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
-   Minimum 5 years of relevant MEP design and engineering experience.
-   Strong knowledge of electrical distribution, HVAC design, load calculations, MEP drawings, BOQs, and site coordination.
-   Experience in retail, supermarkets, warehouses, refrigeration, or cold-room facilities is preferred.
-   Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC), electrical standards, and fire and life safety requirements
