## About the Role

Ninja is looking for skilled Maintenance Technicians to perform preventive and reactive maintenance across our stores and facilities. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in electrical systems, HVAC, and refrigeration, ensuring equipment reliability and smooth store operations.

## Key Responsibilities

-   Diagnose and repair electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and basic building defects.
-   Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and equipment checks.
-   Respond to urgent breakdowns and maintenance requests as scheduled.
-   Update maintenance work orders with findings, parts used, photos, and completion details.
-   Follow safety procedures and use approved tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
-   Coordinate maintenance activities with store teams and report recurring issues or warranty-related defects.
-   Escalate complex repairs requiring specialist support or external service providers.

## Requirements

-   Technical diploma or trade certificate.
-   3–5 years of practical maintenance experience.
-   Working knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and refrigeration.
-   Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
-   Familiarity with mobile work orders or maintenance management systems.
-   Strong troubleshooting skills and commitment to workplace safety
