## Description

A **Planning Associate** is responsible for supporting daily planning activities to ensure efficient and reliable last-mile operations. The role focuses on analyzing operational data, forecasting demand, monitoring performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery capacity, improve service levels, and drive operational efficiency.

### Responsibilities

-   Support daily last-mile planning and operational execution.
-   Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
-   Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
-   Monitor key operational KPIs such as delivery success rate, utilization, productivity, and SLA compliance.
-   Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, Workforce Management, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
-   Assist in forecasting order volumes and workforce capacity based on demand.
-   Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions.
-   Maintain accurate operational data to support planning and decision-making.
-   Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
-   Perform ad hoc analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
-   0–2 years of experience in Planning, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a similar analytical role.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
-   Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-   Ability to interpret data and translate insights into operational improvements.
-   Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
-   Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
