## Description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team and support demand planning, inventory management, cold chain operations, and supply chain coordination for fresh food products.

**Responsibilities**

-   Forecast demand and plan inventory levels based on sales trends.
-   Manage perishable inventory using FIFO principles and minimize spoilage.
-   Coordinate inbound and outbound fresh food logistics while ensuring cold chain compliance.
-   Monitor quality control checks and food safety standards.
-   Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure product availability.
-   Investigate and resolve supply chain issues and inventory discrepancies.
-   Track KPIs, maintain inventory accuracy, and support process improvements through WMS/ERP systems.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   0–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or fresh food operations.
-   Strong knowledge of FIFO, inventory control, and cold chain management.
-   Understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations.
-   Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP/WMS systems.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
