**Ninja is seeking an experienced Business Analytics Manager** **to lead our talented team of analysts and transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. This role is crucial for optimizing business performance, identifying growth opportunities, and fostering a data-driven culture throughout the organization. ### Key Responsibilities:

-   Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of business analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
-   Set clear goals and objectives for the team, manage performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
-   Manage the analytics project roadmap, prioritize tasks based on business impact, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality insights and reports.
-   Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations - Commercial) to understand their challenges, identify key business questions, and define analytical needs.
-   Act as a strategic advisor to the business, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior management.
-   Develop and execute a comprehensive business analytics strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
-   Oversee the design and execution of complex analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and insights regarding customer behavior, market dynamics, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
-   Develop, monitor, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business dashboards to track performance against strategic goals.
-   Champion advanced analytical techniques, including segmentation, forecasting, A/B testing, and predictive modeling, to answer critical business questions.
-   Standardize and automate reporting processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.
-   Create and present compelling data narratives and visualizations to communicate findings and influence decisions across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
-   Ensure that insights are presented in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner.
-   Partner with Data Engineering and IT teams to ensure data integrity, improve data models, and enhance the data infrastructure to support analytical needs.
-   Promote data literacy and best practices for data usage across the company.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
-   Master's degree (MBA or M.S. in Analytics, Data Science, or a related field).
-   5+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
-   Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, R, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
-   Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making.
-   Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
-   Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
-   Experience in the e-commerce or tech industry is a plus.
-   Experience with a statistical programming language such as Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) or R.
-   Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and modern data stack tools.
