## Description

We are looking for a **Dispatch Agent** to support fast-paced last-mile delivery operations. The role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring orders from pickup to customer delivery, ensuring efficient dispatching, timely deliveries, and quick resolution of operational issues.

### Responsibilities

-   Coordinate and dispatch orders to delivery partners efficiently.
-   Monitor active deliveries and ensure orders are delivered within the expected timeframe.
-   Communicate with delivery partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
-   Track order status and take immediate action on delayed, cancelled, or problematic orders.
-   Resolve operational issues and escalate critical cases when required.
-   Follow up on delivery performance and ensure service-level targets are met.
-   Maintain accurate dispatch and delivery records.
-   Support daily operations and contribute to improving delivery efficiency and customer experience.

## Requirements

-   0–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, delivery operations, or a related field.
-   Strong communication and coordination skills.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
-   Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
-   Good attention to detail.
-   Basic computer skills and ability to work with operational systems.
-   Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.
-   Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends when required.
