## Description

We are looking for a Live Operations Supervisor to oversee daily live operations within our Food division. You will supervise the operations team, monitor active orders, and coordinate with restaurant partners and internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience.

**Responsibilities**

-   Monitor live orders from restaurant acceptance through delivery, identifying delays and resolving operational issues.
-   Supervise the live operations team, assign tasks, and ensure adequate coverage across shifts.
-   Coordinate with restaurant partners, delivery operations, and customer support to resolve order-related issues.
-   Track key performance indicators, including order delays, cancellations, and issue resolution times.
-   Escalate critical incidents and follow up until resolution.
-   Support operations during peak hours and respond quickly to unexpected disruptions.
-   Prepare daily performance reports and recommend improvements to operational efficiency.
-   Coach team members and ensure compliance with operational procedures.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in live operations, food delivery, logistics, or a similar fast-paced environment.
-   Experience supervising a team and managing daily operational priorities.
-   Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
-   Ability to make timely decisions and manage multiple issues under pressure.
-   Good command of English, both written and spoken.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
-   Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
-   Experience with food delivery platforms or restaurant operations is preferred.
